      <image:caption>Im ersten Halbjahr 2023 absolvierte ich die Ausbildung "Zertifizierter Aufsichtsrat und Beirat" an der Steinbeis Augsburg Business School. Die Tätigkeit als Beirat ist mir vertraut und dennoch bzw. vielleicht gerade deswegen konnte ich profitieren. Die Investition hat sich gelohnt. Der überschaubare Teilnehmer:innen Kreis und der interaktive Unterrichtsstil der Referent:innen ermöglichte intensiven Erfahrungsaustausch. Die Kursbegleitung war persönlich, sehr professionell und hielt das Program (meist) auf Schiene. Die Diskussionen wurden wirklich sehr engagiert geführt. An alle ein herlzliches Dankeschön!</image:caption>
